Your Order Cancellation Rights

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Damaged Goods

If you received damaged Goods, please reach out to us via email (info@bibleposter.co) with photo evidence of the damaged Good. We will ship you a replacement item at no cost without the need for you to return the damaged goods to us.
